For the dough
- 250 g Flour
- 2 Pck. Vanilla sugar
- 1 pinch Salt
- 175 g Butter
- 150 g Creme fraiche Cheese
For the sprinkles
- 300 g Flour
- 100 g Powdered sugar
- 1 Pck. Vanilla sugar
- 175 g Butter
For painting
- 2 tbsp Milk
For the dough
- Mix the flour, vanilla sugar and salt, then add the butter in pieces.
- Remove one ES from the crème fraîche for later spreading and add the rest to the dough. Knead the dough well with a dough hook, then continue kneading by hand.
- Preheat the oven to 200 ° C top / bottom heat.
For the sprinkles
- Mix the flour, powdered sugar and vanilla sugar, add the butter in flakes and mix well with the stirring sticks.
- Roll out the dough on a baking sheet, mix the removed crème fraîche with milk and spread on the dough base. Spread the sprinkles on top.
