- 450 g Frozen sour cherries
- 2 Eggs
- 150 g Creme fraiche Cheese
- 75 g Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Citro – back
- 150 g Flour
- 2 Teaspoon (level) Baking powder
- 200 g Creme fraiche Cheese
- 50 g Butter
- 75 g Sugar
- 1 packet Vanilla sugar
- 75 g Sliced almonds
- Defrost and drain the cherries.
- Mix the eggs with the crème fraîche, sugar and lemon flavor. Mix flour with baking powder, sieve over and stir in.
- Grease a springform pan (26 cm diameter) and dust with flour. Pour in the dough and smooth it out. Spread the cherries on top. Bake in the oven at 200 degrees for 12 minutes.
- Put the crème fraîche, butter, sugar and vanilla sugar in a saucepan and heat while stirring. Take the cake out of the oven. Distribute the mass on top. Scatter the almonds on top. Bake in the oven at the same temperature in about 20 minutes. Take out of the oven, let cool and carefully remove from the mold.
