Vanilla Bundt Cake

The perfect vanilla bundt cake recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 170 g Butter or margarine
  • 200 g Sugar
  • 4 Eggs
  • 1 pck. Vanilla sugar
  • 250 g Flour
  • 1 pck. Baking powder
  • 1 pck. Custard for boiling
  • 5 tbsp Milk
  • Margarine, breadcrumbs
  • Some sifted powdered sugar
  1. Mix the eggs and butter with the mixer on the highest setting until frothy. add sugar and vanilla sugar.
  2. Mix the flour with the custard powder and the baking powder and gradually add to the egg mixture. Pour in the milk alternately with the flour mixture.
  3. Grease a bundt pan well with margarine and sprinkle with breadcrumbs.
  4. Preheat the oven to 175 degrees, put the dough in the mold and bake for about 60 minutes.
  5. Let the cake cool down on a rack.
  6. Unfortunately I thought too late to take more photos of the preparation. Of course, this is not a Sunday cake, but it tastes really great.
