Vanilla Bundt Cake
The perfect vanilla bundt cake recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 170 g Butter or margarine
- 200 g Sugar
- 4 Eggs
- 1 pck. Vanilla sugar
- 250 g Flour
- 1 pck. Baking powder
- 1 pck. Custard for boiling
- 5 tbsp Milk
- Margarine, breadcrumbs
- Some sifted powdered sugar
- Mix the eggs and butter with the mixer on the highest setting until frothy. add sugar and vanilla sugar.
- Mix the flour with the custard powder and the baking powder and gradually add to the egg mixture. Pour in the milk alternately with the flour mixture.
- Grease a bundt pan well with margarine and sprinkle with breadcrumbs.
- Preheat the oven to 175 degrees, put the dough in the mold and bake for about 60 minutes.
- Let the cake cool down on a rack.
- Unfortunately I thought too late to take more photos of the preparation. Of course, this is not a Sunday cake, but it tastes really great.
