Cinnamon and Garlic Marinade for Meat; with Indian Spices

The perfect cinnamon and garlic marinade for meat; with indian spices recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 2 Pc. Garlic cloves
  • 0,5 tsp Salt
  • 1 Pc. Lime
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 tsp Ground coriander
  • 1 tsp Cumin, ground cumin
  • 0,5 tsp Cinnamon
  1. Press the garlic cloves through the press and mix with salt. Add the juice of the squeezed lime and the remaining ingredients and stir everything together.
  2. Rub the meat on all sides and leave to marinate in it for at least two hours, but better overnight. The marinade is sufficient for approx. 2 steaks.
