Marinade with Chilli and Garlic for Meat or Tofu
The perfect marinade with chilli and garlic for meat or tofu recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
for the marinade:
- 2 Pc. Red chili peppers
- 1 Pc. Clove of garlic
- 75 ml Olive oil
- 3 tbsp Lime juice
- 1 tsp Sweet paprika powder
- 1 tsp Ground cumin, cumin
- 0,5 tsp Pepper
- Slit the chili peppers lengthways and remove the seeds. Peel the knbola too. Put all ingredients in a container and puree finely.
- Put the meat in the marinade and let it steep for at least 30 minutes. Wipe or dab the marinade a little before frying.
