Marinade with Chilli and Garlic for Meat or Tofu

The perfect marinade with chilli and garlic for meat or tofu recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

for the marinade:

  • 2 Pc. Red chili peppers
  • 1 Pc. Clove of garlic
  • 75 ml Olive oil
  • 3 tbsp Lime juice
  • 1 tsp Sweet paprika powder
  • 1 tsp Ground cumin, cumin
  • 0,5 tsp Pepper
  1. Slit the chili peppers lengthways and remove the seeds. Peel the knbola too. Put all ingredients in a container and puree finely.
  1. Put the meat in the marinade and let it steep for at least 30 minutes. Wipe or dab the marinade a little before frying.
