- 2 Pc. Garlic cloves
- 0,5 tsp Salt
- 1 Pc. Lime
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 tsp Ground coriander
- 1 tsp Cumin, ground cumin
- 0,5 tsp Cinnamon
- Press the garlic cloves through the press and mix with salt. Add the juice of the squeezed lime and the remaining ingredients and stir everything together.
- Rub the meat on all sides and leave to marinate in it for at least two hours, but better overnight. The marinade is sufficient for approx. 2 steaks.
