Chocolate Eggs with Lemon Cream

  • 8 Surprise eggs
  • 200 g Cream cheese
  • 30 g Sugar
  • Juice and zest of 1/2 an untreated lemon
  • 100 Milliliters Cream
  • 4 Physalis
  1. Unpack the eggs and cut in half. Mix together the cream cheese, sugar, lemon juice and zest. Whip the cream until stiff, fold in and carefully pour the cream into the egg halves. Wash the physalis, cut in half and place one half on the cream with the cut surface facing down as an egg yolk.
