- 3 Grilled chicken legs
- 1 Red peppers
- 1 Green peppers
- 3 Finely grated carrots
- 3 tbsp Garlic oil
- 1 tbsp Coarse, medium-hot mustard
- 1 shot Cream
- 1 Something Vinegar
- 1 Something Salt
- 1 Something Pepper
- 3 tbsp Chopped herbs
- 3 If you want, you can also use celery instead of carrots.
- Remove the skin and bones from the chicken, cut the meat into edible pieces, core, wash and thinly cut the paprika. Peel and finely grate the carrots. Wash and finely chop the herbs.
- Put the oil, mustard, cream, vinegar, salt, pepper and herbs in a bowl and mix well with a whisk. Put the chicken, peppers and carrots in the bowl and stir everything well for one hour.
