Exotic – Winter Fruit Salad

The perfect exotic – winter fruit salad recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

The salad :

  • 0,5 Pc. Freshly peeled pineapple
  • 1 Pc. Freshly peeled mango, cut into eighths
  • 2 Pc. Kiwi peeled in quarters
  • 1 Pc. Peeled oranges in quarters
  • 1 Pc. Apples Idared not peeled in eighths
  • 1 Pc. Pear Kaiser Alexander not peeled into eighths
  • 1 Pc. Lime zest and juice
  • 3 tbsp Sugar brown raw sugar
  • 3 tbsp Rum Colonial

The sauce :

  • 1 Pc. Fresh passion fruit
  • 1 Pc. Pomegranate fresh
  • 2 Pc. Freshly sliced ​​bananas without peel
  • 1 Bd Peppermint fresh

Set up the fruit salad:

  1. Peel the pineapple, cut out the stalk, cut into sixths and then into small pieces. Act the same with all fruits. Put in an adequate bowl. Rub the lime directly in the salad and add the juice. Sprinkle with sugar, add rum. Cover and leave to stand for about 30 minutes.

In the meantime :

  1. Halve the passion fruit, scrape out the meat, put in a high container. Quarter the pomegranate, remove the seeds, add the meat to the passion fruit and puree. Add to the salad. Mix everything well.

Serving:

  1. Put the banana slices in the salad. Wash the peppermint, shake dry, put 6 beautiful heads aside, chop the rest, also add to the salad, mix everything carefully. Spread in dessert bowls and garnish with peppermint. I served 2 more biscuits with it. As in picture 1.
