Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 package of ladyfingers
- 250 g mascarpone
- 250 g quark, low-fat
- 1 cup whipped cream
- some milk
- 1 jar applesauce
- some cocoa powder
- Sugar
- some apple juice if children are eating with you or
- Calvados to soak the sponge fingers
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Quark dish
Arrange the sponge fingers in a dish and drizzle with Calvados or apple juice. Spread the applesauce over the top. Combine the quark and mascarpone cheese, then stir in a little milk (not liquid!) until smooth. Season with sugar. Whip the cream until stiff and fold in. Pour the quark mixture over the applesauce and smooth it out. Dust with cocoa powder.
