Panna Cotta on Raspberry Dish

- 4 leaf Gelatin
- 1 packet Vanilla sugar
- 3 tbsp Sugar
- 1 Pc. Vanilla pod
- 1 tsp Orange peel
- 250 g Buttermilk
- 250 g Cream
- 1 packet Raspberry fresh
- 4 cl Orange liqueur
- Bring the cream, vanilla sugar, sugar, buttermilk, vanilla pod and orange peel to the boil. Put the gelatine in a cold water bath. After approx. 5 minutes, remove the gelatine, squeeze it out a little and stir it into the cream over low heat. Put in small glasses and chill for about 2-3 hours. Puree the raspberries, pass through a sieve and season with a little sugar and orange liqueur.
