Panna Cotta on Raspberry Dish

The perfect panna cotta on raspberry dish recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 4 leaf Gelatin
  • 1 packet Vanilla sugar
  • 3 tbsp Sugar
  • 1 Pc. Vanilla pod
  • 1 tsp Orange peel
  • 250 g Buttermilk
  • 250 g Cream
  • 1 packet Raspberry fresh
  • 4 cl Orange liqueur
  1. Bring the cream, vanilla sugar, sugar, buttermilk, vanilla pod and orange peel to the boil. Put the gelatine in a cold water bath. After approx. 5 minutes, remove the gelatine, squeeze it out a little and stir it into the cream over low heat. Put in small glasses and chill for about 2-3 hours. Puree the raspberries, pass through a sieve and season with a little sugar and orange liqueur.
