Amaretto Peanut Muffin

  • 125 g Butter
  • 2 Pc. Eggs
  • 90 g Sugar
  • 1 packet Vanilla sugar
  • 250 g Flour
  • 1 tsp Baking powder
  • 50 g Chopped peanuts
  • 100 ml Amaretto
  1. Mix the butter, eggs and sugar until frothy. Stir in flour with baking powder. Add the chopped peanuts and the amaretto.
  2. Pour the dough into 12 muffin cases and bake in an oven preheated to 200 ° C for about 12-15 minutes.
