Vegan Fish Meatballs

The perfect vegan fish meatballs recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 450 g Pressed jacket potatoes
  • 1 tablespoon Flour
  • 1,5 tablespoon Seitan Fix
  • 3 tablespoon Nori flakes
  • 1 Mini peppers
  • 1 Spring onion stick
  • 2 teaspoon Rose paprika powder
  • 1 tablespoon Chopped parsley
  • 2 tablespoon Grapeseed oil
  • Salt and pepper
  • 4 tablespoon Breadcrumbs
  1. Cut the spring onion and bell pepper into rings.
  2. Add the flour and seitan fix with the grapeseed oil to the potatoes. Add the paprika, the onion, the parsley, the nori flakes, salt and pepper and the paprika powder and mix well. Let the dough rest for 1 hour.
  3. Shape into meatballs with kitchen gloves and roll in the breadcrumbs.
  4. Fry in a coated pan with vegetable fat on both sides over medium heat for about 3 minutes each.
  5. Goes well with salad
