Cabanossi Stew
The perfect cabanossi stew recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 2 piece Cabanossi
- 2 Can White beans
- 2 Cans Green beans
- 250 g Diced Bacon
- 1 tablespoon Strength
- 0,5 liter Milk
- 1 tablespoon Vegetable broth
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper from the grinder
- 2 piece Fresh onions
- 750 g Waxy potatoes
- Chop the cabanossi and fry well with the bacon in a large saucepan
- Peel the potatoes and cut into small cubes, add to the Cabanossi.
- Peel and dice the onions, add to the saucepan.
- When everything is well seared, deglaze with the milk and season with vegetable stock, salt and pepper.
- Drain the beans in a colander.
- Mix the starch with a little Me and stir into the saucepan until everything gets a light creamy consistency.
- Finally stir in the beans, season again if necessary. We had baguettes with it. Even when the beans were out of the can, it tasted fantastic according to my blackheads.
