Pomelo Curd

The perfect pomelo curd recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 250 g Lowfat quark
  • 100 ml Low fat milk
  • 2 tbsp Agave syrup
  • 2 turns Ground vanilla pod
  • 1 pinch Cinnamon
  • 250 g Pomelo
  1. Cut off the top of the pomelo. Either quarter or cut and then peel and peel off! Then break open the fruit and remove all of the white skin! VERY BITTER! My pomelo weighed completely 800g. Peeled still 600g! We’ll eat the rest tomorrow! 🙂
  2. So, dice the pomelo. Mix the quark, milk, agave syrup, vanilla and cinnamon and add the pomelo cubes! Distribute in bowls and serve! 🙂
