Cheesecake with Meringue Lid

  • 75 g Butter
  • 4 piece Eggs

  • 1 pinch Salt

  • 1 packet Vanilla sugar
  • 0,5 piece Lemon juice or 5 drops of lemon flavor
  • 150 Milliliters Oil
  • 5 drops Butter vanilla flavor
  1. The shortcrust pastry made from flour, 75 g. Knead the sugar, butter in flakes, 1 egg of baking powder and salt. Springform pan (28cm diameter) laid out on baking paper.
  2. Separate 3 eggs for the quark mass, mix the quark, 150g sugar, pudding powder, egg yolk, aroma, vanilla sugar, lemon juice (or aroma) and oil, while stirring, slowly add the milk until a thin mass is formed.
