Macaroni Lasange
The perfect macaroni lasange recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
For the sauce
- 300 g Ground beef
- 2 Onions, peel and dice
- 1 Small can of tomatoes, finely chopped
- 1 Eßl Tomato paste
- Salt, pepper, basil, marjoram, rosemary
- Some margarine
- 2 Eßl Flour
- 400 ml Milk
- Salt pepper
- 200 g Parmesan, grated
- Cook the macaroni according to the instructions on the packet.
- In a saucepan with a little oil, fry the onion cubes and the minced meat.
- Add the finely chopped tomatoes and the tomato paste to the minced meat, season with the spices and simmer slowly for about 10 minutes.
- Heat the margarine in another saucepan and sweat the flour. Pour in the milk, season with salt & pepper.
- In a greased casserole dish, first layer the macaroni, minced meat and Parmesan cheese alternately.
