The perfect second course: macaroni with ham, gratinated recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 100 g Macaroni
  • 150 g Cooked ham
  • 50 ml Cream
  • 60 g Cheese
  • Salt
  • Black pepper from the mill
  1. Break the macaroni into quarters and cook in salted water for about 8 minutes. Leave well moist when pouring. Put in a baking dish.
  2. Roughly dice the ham and fold in with the cream. Pepper well.
  3. As cheese I had 3 slices of “Fol Epi classic”. Roughly dice 2 slices and fold in. Cut 1 slice into strips and place on top.
