Vinegar, Oil and Mustard Dressing

The perfect vinegar, oil and mustard dressing recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 6 tbsp Olive oil
  • 2 tbsp White balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tsp Mustard
  • 2 tsp Honey
  • Salt
  • Pepper from the grinder
  1. Mix olive oil, light balsamic vinegar, mustard and honey well, season with salt and pepper.
  1. Mix field or pick lettuce or other green lettuce, strips of paprika, cucumber slices, tomato quarters and other vegetables as desired and pour the dressing over them.
