Savory Salad or Cabbage Salad

  • Steamed savoy cabbage
  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • 1 tsp Mustard
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 pinch Pepper
  • 1 tsp Vinegar
  • 10 drops Maggi
  • 1 packet Salad herbs
  • 1 tsp Sugar very fine
  • 50 ml Cream
  • 2 tbsp Finely chopped parsley
  • 2 tbsp Freshly chopped chives
  1. Set aside the cut savoy cabbage. Put the oil, mustard and cream in a salad bowl, stir with a whisk. Add salt, pepper, vinegar, Maggi, salad herbs and sugar and stir again. Add the sausage to the sauce and mix. Sprinkle the parsley and chives over it, the savory salad is ready will can add onions.
