Mediterranean Feta Pan

The perfect mediterranean feta pan recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 4 piece Onions
  • 400 g Diced feta or feta cheese
  • 400 g Small tomatoes
  • 1 piece Garlic cloves chopped
  • 5 g Oregano
  1. Cut the onions into strips and add to the pan with a little olive oil. Add about 100 to 200 ml of water and 5 grams of oregano. That’s why I use the dried water. Now bring the contents to a simmer in the pan and add the garlic. Halve the tomatoes. When the water has boiled down add the tomatoes and then add the cheese to the onions. There is also flatbread or baguette.
  2. I didn’t use salt because the cheese was in a brine and it is salty enough. If necessary, season with a little paprika and chilli.
