Mediterranean Noodle Pan with Feta

The perfect mediterranean noodle pan with feta recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 500 g Spaghetti
  • 1 Pc. Zucchini approx. 400g
  • 3 Pc. Big tomatoes
  • 1 Pc. Garlic fresh
  • 1 Pc. Onion
  • 1 a cup Sour cream
  • 400 g Feta
  • Olive oil
  • Salt, pepper, cayanne pepper, sugar
  • Oregano, thyme as desired
  1. Cook the spaghetti in salted water until al dente. Then drain and drain the pasta well. In the meantime, cut the zucchini and tomato into cubes, finely chop the garlic and onion. Dice or crumble the feta cheese.
  2. Heat the olive oil in a deep pan and sauté the garlic and onions well, then add the zucchini and fry lightly.
  3. Add tomato cubes, oregano, thyme and sour cream and let everything reduce a little. Season to taste with salt, pepper, sugar and cayanne pepper.
  4. Add the drained spaghetti and feta cheese and mix well. Enjoy your meal! (you can of course also prepare this without cream)
