Cooking: Goulash Soup

The perfect cooking: goulash soup recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 500 g Beef goulash lean (ma)
  • 2 Fresh onions
  • 1 Yellow pepper
  • 1 Green pepper
  • 1 Red pepper
  • 4 Potatoes
  • 1 Carrot
  • 2 tbsp Tomato paste
  • 1 tbsp Cocoa-Chilli-Salt … RZ in my KB
  • 1 tbsp All the best – spice blossom mixture
  • Crushed red pepper
  • 500 ml Water hot
  • Oil
  1. Peel the onions and cut into small pieces. Peel the peppers, remove the seeds and the membranes and also cut into small pieces. Peel the potatoes and cut into pieces. Peel and grate the carrot.
  2. Heat the oil in a saucepan, add the meat and onions and simmer for about 10-15 minutes over a medium heat.
  3. Then add peppers, potatoes and carrots. Simmer for another 10-15 minutes, stirring frequently.
  4. Now stir in tomato paste and spices thoroughly and sauté briefly.
  5. Pour water on, put the lid on the pot and let it simmer for about 60-90 minutes at a low temperature.
