Spring Salad
The perfect spring salad recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 2 Pc. Tomatoes
- 2 Pc. Red peppers
- 2 small Zucchini
- 280 g Drained green canned peas
- 2 Can Tuna canned in oil
- 2 Pr Oregano
- Salt
- Pepper
- 2 shot Olive oil
- Cut tomatoes into eighths, cut out the stems, cut across into pieces. Wash the peppers, remove the white partitions and seeds, cut into strips. Wash zucchini, halve lengthways, cut into crescents.
- Put all the ingredients in a bowl and mix with the drained peas. Chop the tuna into small pieces and add to the salad with the oil.
- Season with oregano, salt, pepper and oil, mix well and let steep for a few minutes.
