Fresh Spring Salad with Green Asparagus

- 0,5 bunch Green asparagus
- 0,5 bunch Radish
- 1 Onion
- 1 kl. glass Black olives
- 0,5 shell Fresh spinach leaves
- 0,5 shell Ruccola Salad
- 100 g Beluga lentils
- Pre-cook the lentils and steam the asparagus (takes about 30 minutes). Then mix with all the other ingredients. Add a dressing of oil, mustard and fresh herbs, done.
