  • 0,5 bunch Green asparagus
  • 0,5 bunch Radish
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 small glass Black olives
  • 0,5 bowl Fresh spinach leaves
  • 0,5 bowl Ruccola Salad
  • 100 g Beluga lentils

Instructions
 

  • Pre-cook the lentils and steam the asparagus (takes about 30 minutes). Then mix with all the other ingredients. Add a dressing of oil, mustard and fresh herbs, done.
