Herb Chicken

- 1 Chicken
- 2 Fresh onions
- 500 g Potatoes
- 200 g Cherry tomatoes
- Rosemary
- Thyme
- Pepper
- Salt
- Wash the chicken and place in a roasting pan or casserole dish. Salt and pepper inside and out.
- Peel and chop the onions. Peel and chop the potatoes as well. Wash tomatoes and remove leaves if necessary.
- Bake the chicken at 200 ° C for 15 minutes for the time being.
- Spread the onions and potatoes around the chicken.
