  • 150 ML Egg white
  • 1 pinch Cinnamon
  • 70 g Berry mix
  • 1 tsp Baking powder
  • 1 tsp Cocoa heavily de-oiled
  • 1 tsp Coconut flour
  • 1 pinch Cinnamon
  • If necessary: ​​Xucker or stevia for sweetening

Instructions
 

  • Mix all ingredients except for the berries. Finally fold in the berries and pour everything into small muffin cups. The best ones here are silicone ones, because you save the fat here. Bake at 200 degrees circulating air for about 20 minutes.
