Spaghetti with Lemon Scampi
The perfect spaghetti with lemon scampi recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 1 size Lemon untreated
- 4 small Garlic cloves pressed
- 400 g Spaghetti
- Salt
- 4 tbsp Olive oil
- 12 piece Scampi
- 2 tbsp Brandy
- 0,5 bunch Parsley crispy fresh
- Black pepper from the mill
- Wash the lemon with hot water, rub about 1 tsp of the zest, squeeze out the juice. Peel the garlic.
- Cook the pasta until al dente according to the basic recipe.
- Heat the oil in a pan and toss the scampi in it over a medium heat for 2-3 minutes, squeeze in the garlic. Drizzle with the brandy, add the parsley, lemon juice and lemon zest and heat slightly, do not boil. Season with salt and pepper .
- Drain the pasta, drain and distribute on plates. Arrange the scampi with the sauce on top and serve.
