Spaghetti with Lemon Scampi

The perfect spaghetti with lemon scampi recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 size Lemon untreated
  • 4 small Garlic cloves pressed
  • 400 g Spaghetti
  • Salt
  • 4 tbsp Olive oil
  • 12 piece Scampi
  • 2 tbsp Brandy
  • 0,5 bunch Parsley crispy fresh
  • Black pepper from the mill
  1. Wash the lemon with hot water, rub about 1 tsp of the zest, squeeze out the juice. Peel the garlic.
  2. Cook the pasta until al dente according to the basic recipe.
  3. Heat the oil in a pan and toss the scampi in it over a medium heat for 2-3 minutes, squeeze in the garlic. Drizzle with the brandy, add the parsley, lemon juice and lemon zest and heat slightly, do not boil. Season with salt and pepper .
  4. Drain the pasta, drain and distribute on plates. Arrange the scampi with the sauce on top and serve.
