Ingredients

  • 400 g Spaghetti
  • 150 g Cream cheese
  • 100 g Smoked salmon
  • Salt, pepper, citrus juice

Instructions

  • Boil the spaghetti, then drain, stir the cream cheese, salt & pepper and citrus juice into the hot spaghetti
  • At the same time, heat the smoked salmon separately, chop and pour over the spaghetti
  • Since not everyone likes salmon, we served it separately. Instead of salmon, boiled ham or bacon cubes are of course also conceivable - if you want to prepare it with vegetables, it is best to use zucchini
