Rice Pudding with Potatoes from Oven
The perfect rice pudding with potatoes from oven recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 2 kg Potatoes
- 250 g Rice pudding
- Sunflower oil
- 1,5 l Boiling water
- Vegeta spice
- Preheat the oven to 200 °. Peel and quarter the potatoes. Grease a tray and spread the rice pudding on it.
- Bring the water to a boil and mix with Vegeta or vegetable stock. Pour the water over the rice pudding and spread the potatoes over it. Bake for 40 minutes.
- You can also add chicken legs etc. and bake them with them.
