Rice Pudding with Potatoes from Oven

The perfect rice pudding with potatoes from oven recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 2 kg Potatoes
  • 250 g Rice pudding
  • Sunflower oil
  • 1,5 l Boiling water
  • Vegeta spice
  1. Preheat the oven to 200 °. Peel and quarter the potatoes. Grease a tray and spread the rice pudding on it.
  1. Bring the water to a boil and mix with Vegeta or vegetable stock. Pour the water over the rice pudding and spread the potatoes over it. Bake for 40 minutes.
  1. You can also add chicken legs etc. and bake them with them.
