Pasta with Tomato Sauce
The perfect pasta with tomato sauce recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 1 Packet of Farfalle or other pasta
- 2 chopped Cloves of garlic
- 0,5 chopped Shallot
- 1 tbsp Italian herbs
- 2 Pinches Sugar
- Milk, salt, pepper, soy sauce
- 3 tbsp Tomato paste
- Grated Parmesan.
- Cook pasta al dente.
- Sugar and sauté the onions with garlic, deglaze with a good dash of milk.
- Add the Italian herbs, as well as the tomato paste, simmer a little so that it gets a nice creamy consistency and season with the spices.
- Mix pasta with sauce and serve with Parmesan.
