Pasta with Tomato Sauce

The perfect pasta with tomato sauce recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 Packet of Farfalle or other pasta
  • 2 chopped Cloves of garlic
  • 0,5 chopped Shallot
  • 1 tbsp Italian herbs
  • 2 Pinches Sugar
  • Milk, salt, pepper, soy sauce
  • 3 tbsp Tomato paste
  • Grated Parmesan.
  1. Cook pasta al dente.
  1. Sugar and sauté the onions with garlic, deglaze with a good dash of milk.
  1. Add the Italian herbs, as well as the tomato paste, simmer a little so that it gets a nice creamy consistency and season with the spices.
  1. Mix pasta with sauce and serve with Parmesan.
