- 250 g Spaghetti
- 2 teaspoon Sea-Salt
- 2 liter Water – abundant
For the simple tomato sauce:
- 4 Tomatoes
- 1 tablespoon Extra virgin olive oil
- 1 small Diced onion
- 1 Chinese garlic finely diced
- 1 tablespoon Tomato paste concentrated three times
- 200 ml Tomatoes happened
- 2 Pinches Black pepper from the mill
- Sea salt fine
- 1 pinch Sugar
- 0,5 Teaspoon (level) Chilli flakes
- 0,5 Teaspoon (level) Oregano
- 1 pinch Rosemary
- 20 g Branded butter
- Fresh basil
- Grated Parmesan
- Cook the pasta in salted water for about 10 minutes until al dente, then drain into a sieve.
- While the pasta is cooking, peel the washed tomatoes, remove the hard center wedge and place roughly chopped into a tall, narrow container. Add the tomatoes and the tomato paste and mix with the hand blender to a creamy mass.
- Sweat the onion and garlic in the heated oil until translucent, deglaze with the tomato mixture, add the spices and a piece of butter and bring the sauce to the boil vigorously while stirring. Season to taste and serve with the pasta, grated cheese and basil.
