Pasta with Tomato Sauce …

The perfect pasta with tomato sauce … recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 250 g Spaghetti
  • 2 teaspoon Sea-Salt
  • 2 liter Water – abundant

For the simple tomato sauce:

  • 4 Tomatoes
  • 1 tablespoon Extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 small Diced onion
  • 1 Chinese garlic finely diced
  • 1 tablespoon Tomato paste concentrated three times
  • 200 ml Tomatoes happened
  • 2 Pinches Black pepper from the mill
  • Sea salt fine
  • 1 pinch Sugar
  • 0,5 Teaspoon (level) Chilli flakes
  • 0,5 Teaspoon (level) Oregano
  • 1 pinch Rosemary
  • 20 g Branded butter
  • Fresh basil
  • Grated Parmesan
  1. Cook the pasta in salted water for about 10 minutes until al dente, then drain into a sieve.
  2. While the pasta is cooking, peel the washed tomatoes, remove the hard center wedge and place roughly chopped into a tall, narrow container. Add the tomatoes and the tomato paste and mix with the hand blender to a creamy mass.
  3. Sweat the onion and garlic in the heated oil until translucent, deglaze with the tomato mixture, add the spices and a piece of butter and bring the sauce to the boil vigorously while stirring. Season to taste and serve with the pasta, grated cheese and basil.
