Small Chocolate Hazelnut Pudding Cake
The perfect small chocolate hazelnut pudding cake recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
for the baking pan
- 37 g Chocolate pudding powder
- 37 g Hazelnut pudding powder
- 100 g! Rapeseed oil
- 100 g Cane sugar
- 1 kl. teaspoon Baking powder
- 1 tablespoon Ground hazelnuts
- 1 tablespoon Rapeseed oil
it doesn’t get any faster …
- Preheat the oven to 170 degrees – weigh all ingredients one after the other in the mixer bowl of the food processor (the oil is also weighed!) And stir for 5 minutes until frothy
- Meanwhile, brush the baking pan with oil and sprinkle with grated hazelnuts all around – now fill the cake mixture into the baking pan and bake in the preheated oven at 170 degrees O / U for 50 minutes

- Really sensational in taste and prepared in a flash in passing … can also be prepared with vanilla pudding powder or other pudding flavors – if you want to prepare a large guglhupf with this mass you should simply double the amount and extend the baking time a little
