Small Chocolate Pudding Cake

The perfect small chocolate pudding cake recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 50 g Milka Zartherb
  • 2 Eggs
  • 80 Milliliters Sunflower oil
  • 50 g Sugar
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 2 packet Chocolate pudding powder
  • 2 Teaspoon (level) Baking powder
  • 2 tablespoon Chocolate droplets
  • Fat and flour for the mold
  • Powdered sugar
  1. Break the chocolate into pieces and melt over a hot water bath. Allow to cool slightly.
  2. Mix the eggs with the oil, sugar and salt. Stir in pudding powder and baking powder one after the other. Add melted chocolate and stir in. Finally fold in the chocolate drops.
  3. Grease a small ring cake tin (approx. 17 cm diameter). Dust with flour. Fill in the batter. Bake in the oven on the lowest rail at 180 degrees for about 30 minutes (stick test). Remove from oven and allow to cool.
  4. Turn out of the mold and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
