Sweet and Sour Chicken Slices

The perfect sweet and sour chicken slices recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 4 Chicken breasts
  • Salt
  • Pepper from the grinder
  • 4 tbsp Sesame oil
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 Red peppers
  • 1 Green peppers
  • 4 Discs Pineapple
  • 2 tbsp Tomato paste
  • 4 tbsp Vinegar
  • 2 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 2 cups Poultry broth
  • 2 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1 El Cornstarch
  • 1 El Chili oil
  1. Cut the meat into thin slices and season with salt and pepper
  2. Sear the meat in hot oil. Take out and put on site.
  3. Cut the paprika and pineapple into small cubes and sweat in the remaining frying fat until translucent.
  4. Add soy sauce, vinegar, tomato paste and some of the broth. Mix the rest of the broth with the cornstarch and add it too. Add the meat again and bring it to the boil again briefly, season with salt and pepper
