Potato Chop Turret
The perfect potato chop turret recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 6 Jacket potatoes
- 500 gr Mixed minced meat
- 2 Diced shallots
- 1 Garlic cloves chopped
- 2 tbsp Tomato paste
- 1 tbsp Oil
- 1 Pck Chopped tomatoes
- Salt, pepper, cayenne pepper
- 100 gr Grated Gouda
- 200 gr Creme fraiche Cheese
- Fry the minced meat with onions and garlic in oil until crumbly.
- Add tomato paste and toast briefly. To taste. Fold in tomatoes, simmer for 10 minutes and season a little.
- Halve the potatoes lengthways and place in a greased baking dish. Spread the minced meat over the potatoes.
- Mix half of the gouda with creme fraiche and spread over the mince. Sprinkle the rest of the cheese on top.
- Bake in the oven at 200 degrees for 20 minutes.
