Gnocchis with Durum Wheat Semolina
The perfect gnocchis with durum wheat semolina recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 100 g Durum wheat semolina
- Ground twice
- 100 g Organic flour
- 30 g Finely ground corn flour
- 1 tsp Vegetable salt
- Homemade
- 2 tbsp Sunflower oil
- 100 ml Water
- *********************
- Water for boiling
- 2 tbsp Vegetable broth
- Homemade
- Put all dry ingredients in the mixing bowl for the food processor, hang the dough hook and add the water and oil while stirring to knead into a dough.
- Then wrap the dough in foil and let it rest for 1 hour. Then shape into small balls and press down with a fork.
- Put the water in a saucepan and add the vegetable stock, bring to the boil, put the gnocchis in and just let them steep.
