Gnocchis with Durum Wheat Semolina

The perfect gnocchis with durum wheat semolina recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 100 g Durum wheat semolina
  • Ground twice
  • 100 g Organic flour
  • 30 g Finely ground corn flour
  • 1 tsp Vegetable salt
  • Homemade
  • 2 tbsp Sunflower oil
  • 100 ml Water
  • *********************
  • Water for boiling
  • 2 tbsp Vegetable broth
  • Homemade
  1. Put all dry ingredients in the mixing bowl for the food processor, hang the dough hook and add the water and oil while stirring to knead into a dough.
  2. Then wrap the dough in foil and let it rest for 1 hour. Then shape into small balls and press down with a fork.
  3. Put the water in a saucepan and add the vegetable stock, bring to the boil, put the gnocchis in and just let them steep.
