Dinner Rolls with Garden Sausage and Fresh Goat Cheese

- 1 Whole wheat rolls with butter
- 2 teaspoon Goat cream cheese
- 1 Handful Arugula
- 2 piece Red peppers cut into slices
- 1 small Carrot
- 1 teaspoon Coffee oil
- Or
- 1 teaspoon Extra virgin olive oil
- 1 Cocktail vine tomato
- 1 pinch Salt
- Peppercorns pink
- Green pepper
- Parsley crispy fresh
- Cut the bun open. Brush with butter. Top with the rocket. Add the peppers.
- Put the goat cream cheese on the peppers. Sprinkle with pink and green pepper and a pinch of salt. Pass the sliced carrot over. (I had a purple one).
- Add the oil. Garnish with a little parsley. As a side dish, a tomato, some carrot slices and parsley.
