Summer Rolls with Chicken Filling

Sauces

  • 1 packet Rice noodles
  • 1 Pc. Carrot
  • 0,5 Pc. Cucumber
  • 250 g Chicken breast
  • 4 leaf Batavia lettuce
  • Fresh coriander
  • Mint
  • 4 tbsp Hoisin sauce
  • 4 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp Peanuts
  1. Peel and grate the carrot. Also peel the cucumber and pinch it finely. Pour the sauces into a separate bowl and moisten the rice paper well. Layer each roll as follows: First a leaf of lettuce, then a little pasta, carrot, cucumber. Cut the chicken into small thin pieces and sauté in the pan. And also give into the role.
