Ingredients

Sauces

  • 1 packet Rice noodles
  • 1 Pc. Carrot
  • 0,5 Pc. Cucumber
  • 250 g Chicken breast
  • 4 leaf Batavia lettuce
  • Fresh coriander
  • Mint
  • 4 tbsp Hoisin sauce
  • 4 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp Peanuts

Instructions

  • Peel and grate the carrot. Also peel the cucumber and pinch it finely. Pour the sauces into a separate bowl and moisten the rice paper well. Layer each roll as follows: First a leaf of lettuce, then a little pasta, carrot, cucumber. Cut the chicken into small thin pieces and sauté in the pan. And also give into the role. Caution: The rolls burst easily, so it is better to roll one more than pack in too much. Finally, top with a few leaves of coriander and mint. The best way to roll is to start from below (squeeze everything together well) and turn the pages halfway through. Gluing usually does everything by itself.
