Chocolate Walnut Macaroons

  • 200 gr Chopped walnut kernels
  • 120 gr Dark chocolate chopped
  • 250 gr Sugar
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 packet Vanilla sugar
  • 3 st Protein
  • 1,5 Tablespoon Rum
  1. Roast the walnuts in the pan without fat, beat the egg whites with salt until stiff. Beat in sugar and vanilla, add rum, walnuts and chocolate. Place small heaps on baking paper on a tin. Bake at 140 degrees for 20 minutes.
