Ingredients
- 1 packet Backopladen
- 6 Egg Whites
- 1 pinch Salt
- 300 g Powdered sugar
- 1 bottle Rum Flavoring
- 200 g Oatmeal
- 200 g Sliced almonds
- 1 tsp Ground cinnamon
- 1 pinch Ginger bread spice
- 100 g Chocolate shavings
Instructions
- Beat the egg whites with salt until stiff.
- Stir in powdered sugar, spices & flavoring.
- Dry roast the almonds & oat flakes & add them
- Add the chocolate flakes.
- Spread the opelade on a tray and put 2 teaspoons in small heaps on top. Dry for 20 minutes at 150 ° C.
