Salmon Crepes

The perfect salmon crepes recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

Cream:

  • 6 Slices of smoked salmon
  • 4 Lettuce leaves
  • 3 tsp Creme fraiche Cheese
  • Cream
  • 2 tsp Frozen dill
  • 1 tsp Mustard
  • 1 tsp Honey
  • Salt
  • Light balsamic vinegar
  1. Make the pancakes. (I am not giving a recipe here because everyone will have their own for sure: D)
  1. Mix the creme fraiche with a little cream, then stir in the dill, mustard and honey. Season to taste with salt and balsamic vinegar.
  1. Spread half of the cream, 2 lettuce leaves and 3 slices of smoked salmon on each of the pancakes and carefully roll up.
  1. Wrap tightly in aluminum foil and chill a little.
  1. Cut into approx. 2 cm wide slices to serve.
