Ham Crepe Rolls
The perfect ham crepe rolls recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 2 Pancakes
- 2 tbsp Tomato ketchup
- 2 tsp Garlic oil
- 4 Lettuce leaves
- 6 Ham slices
- Make the pancakes. (I don’t give a recipe, everyone probably prefers to make it the way they’re used to.)
- For garlic oil I always press garlic, add some parsley and salt and cover the whole thing with olive oil.
- Spread 1 tablespoon of tomato ketchup and 1 teaspoon of garlic oil on each of the pancakes. Place 2 lettuce leaves on top and distribute 3 slices of ham.
- Carefully roll up and wrap tightly in aluminum foil. Chill for a while.
- Cut into approx. 2 cm wide slices to serve.
