Ham Crepe Rolls

The perfect ham crepe rolls recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 2 Pancakes
  • 2 tbsp Tomato ketchup
  • 2 tsp Garlic oil
  • 4 Lettuce leaves
  • 6 Ham slices
  1. Make the pancakes. (I don’t give a recipe, everyone probably prefers to make it the way they’re used to.)
  1. For garlic oil I always press garlic, add some parsley and salt and cover the whole thing with olive oil.
  1. Spread 1 tablespoon of tomato ketchup and 1 teaspoon of garlic oil on each of the pancakes. Place 2 lettuce leaves on top and distribute 3 slices of ham.
  1. Carefully roll up and wrap tightly in aluminum foil. Chill for a while.
  1. Cut into approx. 2 cm wide slices to serve.
