- 5 Pc. Egg yolk
- 175 g Sugar
- 3 tbsp Lukewarm water
- 5 Pc. Beaten egg whites
- 150 g Food starch
- 50 g Flour
- 2 tsp Baking powder
- Fat for the baking pan
- Mix the egg yolks with water and sugar until frothy. Sieve the flour, cornstarch and baking powder over it and fold in with the beaten egg white. Place in a 28 cm springform pan and bake in an oven preheated to 175 ° C for about 30 minutes.
