  • 5 Pc. Egg yolk
  • 175 g Sugar
  • 3 tbsp Lukewarm water
  • 5 Pc. Beaten egg whites
  • 150 g Food starch
  • 50 g Flour
  • 2 tsp Baking powder
  • Fat for the baking pan
  1. Mix the egg yolks with water and sugar until frothy. Sieve the flour, cornstarch and baking powder over it and fold in with the beaten egg white. Place in a 28 cm springform pan and bake in an oven preheated to 175 ° C for about 30 minutes.
