Oreo Cheesecake

Cheese filling

  • 300 g Lowfat quark
  • 130 g Cream cheese
  • 2 piece Eggs
  • 80 g Sugar
  • 1 pack Custard powder

ground

  • 15 piece Oreo biscuits
  1. Grease 18 cm springform pan. Halve the oreo biscuits and cover the bottom with the biscuits without cream, those with the milk cream filling come to the side of the springform pan
