Oreo Cheesecake
The perfect oreo cheesecake recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
Cheese filling
- 300 g Lowfat quark
- 130 g Cream cheese
- 2 piece Eggs
- 80 g Sugar
- 1 pack Custard powder
ground
- 15 piece Oreo biscuits
- Grease 18 cm springform pan. Halve the oreo biscuits and cover the bottom with the biscuits without cream, those with the milk cream filling come to the side of the springform pan
- Mix the ingredients for the cheese filling well with the mixer or whisk and pour into the springform pan. Bake in the oven preheated to 180 degrees for 50 minutes (stick test). Then rest in the mold and let cool down well.
