Cheesecake with Oreo Biscuits

  • 30 Oreo biscuits
  • 100 g Melted butter

  • 125 g Butter
  • 200 g Sugar
  • 2 packet Vanilla sugar
  • 2 packet Custard powder
  • 4 Eggs
  • 750 g Quark
  • 125 g Double cream cheese
  • 125 g Sour cream
  • Mini oreo cookies

Instructions
 

  • For the bottom, twist apart 16 pieces of Oreo biscuits, scrape off the filling and set aside. Finely crumble the biscuits and mix with the melted butter.
  • Stretch the baking paper in a large springform pan, grease the edge and distribute the biscuit mixture evenly on the base.
  • Twist the remaining biscuits apart and place them on the edge of the springform pan.
  • Mix the softened butter with the sugar, vanilla sugar and eggs to a frothy measure. Gradually add the pudding powder, quark, cream cheese and sour cream. Finally fold in the biscuit filling.
  • Carefully pour the quark mass into the center of the springform pan and make sure that the biscuits do not tip over into the filling.
  • Spread the mini oreo biscuits over the mixture.
  • Bake in a preheated oven (fan oven: 170 ° C) for about 50 minutes
